Yes that is as accurate count as I can come up with. Trees and yards are full of robins at the end of a historic winter snowstorm in Texas. Temperature was zero a night ago but the robins are thick. In a few days it will be high 60 degree temps. Getting an early start on spring perhaps.
Males seem to be very aggressive towards each other.
