We see them every year in waves in February.
We've been seeing the waves for a couple weeks.
Today I went for a walk and realized they were all in our yard and not in the rest of the neighborhood.
There were at least 150.
Look like males and females. We have Laurel oaks in our yard and a compost pile.
I was walking before during and after they stopped and did not see any others in our neighborhood. So at least for today they were all in our yard. I will check in the future to see if they're just in our yard or not.
