Sighted sitting on top of small rock cut north side of highway 17A, top of the hill in front of old Kenora landfill dump. Suspected it was watching over road killed deer in ditch, had spotted large gathering of Ravens there earlier. There are always a number of Bald Eagles that over winter here in the Kenora area.
