First-of-year male red-winged blackbird... He stopped to check out our backyard feeders. I was surprised (somewhat) to see my FOY grackle and FOY brown-headed cowbird (three of those) at the same time! Although I know they tend to flock and migrate together, this is the first time I’ve seen all three together as FOY birds for me. What a fun evening!
