Caterpillar on Tropical Milkweed plants that are sprouting at ground level after freeze .Also found a dead fresh looking female Monarch in our milkweed patch at same time. We had a Chrysalis nearby that survived the freeze and hatched soon after that we think it came from but of course can't know for sure
