This is a follow-up photo to the Monarch Adult Sighted report for today. I saw this lovely female monarch nectaring on false garlic flowers (Nothoscordum bivalve) in our front yard this afternoon. These flowers are abundant right now. Though humble and small, they are an important early nectar source for monarchs.
