Vibrantly colored female - likely not a migrator. She was alternately flitting about and resting on A. fascicularis (upper left pic), grass and various plants. Appeared interested in nectaring on dianthus blooms. Settled onto A. perennis (other three pics) and appeared to posture for ovipositing. I didn't find any eggs underneath that leaf, but it was covered with aphids & aphid mummies. Perhaps there was no space on the leaf.
