This is a follow-up photo to my Monarch Adult Sighted report. This is one of the female monarchs as she is laying eggs on new milkweed sprouts ~ hard to find if you are not a monarch. One already-laid egg can be seen on the left stem. The sun had just started coming out from behind the clouds & the monarchs came out too!
