This was a very faded and worn monarch laying eggs today. Probably from Mexico and not from the first generation of this year. I have seen this before as early as March 15th in Tennessee. Lucky to have a little milkweed coming up. Seen by Liz Williams Ellis in Nashville, TN. Image is of the eggs, not the monarch! But the eggs are proof that she was there!
