Dear Madam or Sir:

I hope you are well. In the past seven years, we have seen Ruby-Throated or [one] Rufous Hummingbird species. However, in 2021 the only Hummingbird to arrive at our feeder, so far, is the Black-Chinned Hummingbird on:

We started putting the feeder out for Hummingbirds the first week of March 2021. Also, it is worth noting the only noticeable flowering plant within a few hundred feet of our feeder is the Eastern Redbud tree, which began flowering a couple of weeks ago.
