very tired tattered pale-looking Monarch adult flying around my emerging milkweed patch. milkweeds are still small ranging from just poking their heads up to four sets of leaves. My dog was trying to snatch it out of the air so I don't have any pictures and I grab the dog and tried to leave the area to save the monarch who has flown so far
