Our hummers don't seem to migrate; they have a permanent camp in the bottom half of our cypress tree. We generally see at least two or three every day. They seem to particularly like the emu bush and the honeysuckle. They also like the blossoms on the basil plants. As yet, they don't seem to be displaying nesting behavior; that typically shows up a bit later than April.
