This is a second follow-up photo to my Monarch Adult Sighted report. This is another of the 3 mated pairs I saw today. I was following this female as she looked for milkweed and lay eggs. She was spotted by a male who captured her in the grass. Then they flew together as a mated pair, landing high up on this leafy branch of a tall tree.
