Put out the hummingbird feeder for the new 2021 season and about an hour later spotted several birds circling and drinking the nectar. Since I am feeding them every year some might remember the location and are returning birds from previous years.
All seems to be black-chinned males and females. Didn't see any rufous or ruby-throated in my area.
