I back onto the 12 mile creek in St. Catharines which is wooded ravine on either side. This was my first sighting of a bald eagle as I sat with my coffee on a Sunday morning at 8 am. What a thrill to see it glide through my backyard up close. Once seen they are definitely unmistakable.
