Found 16 Monarch eggs on my common and swamp milkweed. I never saw the mother, but I have proof that she visited my garden!
The biggest milkweed in my garden is 3-4 inches tall, but most eggs were laid on the smallest sprouts.
I am going to raise these outside in mesh cages to give them a good chance to become adult butterflies.
