At 9:50am a male Baltimore oriole observed in the tree tops above our patio. Although we have an oriole feeding station and several grape jelly offerings scattered about the area, the male oriole did not approach any of them. After about 15 seconds he flew off southeasterly. Temperature at the time was 63 degrees with 79 degrees predicted to be the high today. It was sunny and windy with the wind at 16mph, gusting to 24mph. No further sightings throughout the rest of the day.
