One of the babies came out of the nest for the first time and sat on a big tree limb about a meter away from the nest. The other babies stayed in or on the edge of the nest. They’re so big now I don’t know how they all fit in there! Mom and dad feeding and cleaning out the nest constantly. I also had no idea that robins ate their babies’ poop! Often seeing the mom taking the droppings right off the backside of each baby and either swallowing or just flying off to dispose of it.
