For several days, BirdNET has picked up the sounds of Northern ParuIa was also able to finally identity, with the help of BirdNET, Hermit Thrush(es). There is so much open land and forest around my house that I have trouble seeing everyone, so happily downloaded BirdNET to help me out. I've been hearing the Hermit Thrush for 20 years and finally I know what sings the most beautiful song I've ever heard.

It appears that the Barn Swallows have moved on. Probably better for the roof, but they are great for insect control and I love watching their antics.
