I was able to do a recount. There are ten cats rather than eight. There may be more hidden beneath the leaves. They will probably strip these plants to the bone. There were very few Asclepius plants in my location in Florida, so the adult took advantage of my plants to lay her eggs. Thank goodness I grew two Asclepius to maturity before leaving for PA.
