Monarch (OTHER Observations)

Date: 05/27/2021

Number: 1

Since March 31, when I first saw a monarch this year, two females (I am 99% sure that they are the same two), come by every day laying eggs in both the front garden and the back one. I have an inside enclosure with around 60 instar 1 cats, another enclosure with about 40 instar 2 and greater cats, and a container of eggs, varying between 20 and 40 from day to day, that I bring in to hatch;transferring from container to the instar 1 enclosure as they hatch.

I lost many hatchlings before I separated the instars. (They got eaten?)

And the first instar 5 J'd up yesterday afternoon!
