At 1:00 PM, I observed a female monarch looking over two milkweed plants in my neighbor's yard. I waited for her to leave, and at 2:15 PM, I counted one egg on one plant, and 3 eggs on the other plant. Temperature was 60F., and the Wind was E-5-10 mph. The sky was mostly sunny.
