We released our first MALE monarch this morning at 8:45 AM! It e-closed yesterday around 4PM. We are expecting 3 more to emerge today. (In the background of the picture, you will see one chrysalis hanging that I relocated from my child's CROC (shoe). We decided that this would not be an appropriate location to emerge from so we moved to our net enclosure.
