Monarch Adult Sighted
Sightings report image

Date: 04/28/2021

Number: 1

Only one. She laid many eggs on top and on underside of just emerged milkweed. The plants were less than 6 inches tall.
I collected 10 eggs, 3 hatched by May 16th and a fourth one inch caterpillar found on those same milkweeds on May 26th. All have made chrysalises on June 2 and 3rd. One is smaller than the others.
But NO other adult monarchs have been seen since then, nor eggs or caterpillars found, though milkweed are now two feet high!
