Two (2) newborn Monarchs released today, both females, born and raised in the “wild” in backyard on narrow leaf milkweed .375 miles from Pacific Ocean “. At end of their last instar, they were transferred into cage to form Chrystalis to protect from predators (spiders red-eyed fly). The day was overcast and humid all day. Second one was a low flyer upon leaving.
