Nectaring on the freshly blooming common (invasive) red clover by the parking lot that’s recovered after mowing I haven’t found any native clovers around and might need to plant some
He’s also the first male using my nectar feeder regularly Possibly one of the babies born last year because he isn’t intimidated by me or my cat sitting on the deck 3’ away Many of them will check it out but don’t use it unless we’re inside So far I’m sure of 1 male and 2 females that will And they take turns instead of the multiple ports at the same time They’ve been too quick to get a picture so far
