Spotted this handsomely dressed Rufous hummingbird perched on patio lights yesterday (6/5), and he was back on Sunday (6/6) to defend a feeder against three or four our resident Anna's hummingbirds. He was a feisty little orange blur throughout the morning, but I managed to snap a shot before a male Anna's won their duel and chased him off. Hoping Rufous visits while Anna's does his flybys through the neighborhood.
