83 degrees. Has been hot and dry for weeks. I have 21 plants in front yard and 12 in back yard. The plants are stunted compared to other years at this time. At most they are 3' tall, most are closer to 2' tall. By this time in other years, they have been 4' tall. Most have flower heads on them and will be blooming soon.
