2 eggs found on 1 purple milkweed at Smithville Lake. Brought them home, to put in my bfly cages.
Side note: This was on a trail I've been walking on the past 3 yrs. (the spot is called "Eagle View Trailhead"). Whomever mows, mowed at least 5' MORE of the native grass/weeds/flowers, more than usual, on one side. This thus has taken out even more milkweed. This is supposed to be a "nature trail." :(
