Mostly sunny and 85 degrees with a light breeze. Looked up from weeding and discovered a female on a blooming milkweed in the garden. She would not sit still for long and flew around visiting other milkweed plants. Watched for 10 mins after which she disappeared. Checking plants,I found 3 newly laid eggs.
