Date: 06/23/2021

While checking for monarch butterfly larvae on Sand Milkweed at Harrisville State Park, a visiting family let their young daughter, by the name of Haley, helped me look over an estimate 100+ plants. She was the first to discover a 4th Instar larva at 1:10 PM. She was very excited! No other larva were seen. Weather was sunny with the Wind S-10, and the Temperature was 72F.
