At 1:35 PM, at the end of 2nd Street that borders Harrisville State Park, I observed a male monarch nectaring on a Common Milkweed flowers. It was very brightly colored which could mean that the 3rd generation may be emerging. The weather was sunny with the Wind S-10 mph, and the Temperature was 72F.
