Hummingbird (OTHER Observations)

Date: 06/24/2021

Number: 2

A female was spending time on the feeder and perching on the yew hedge. Did a big renovation of the hedge, leaving lots of bare wood upon which all manner of small birds enjoy perching. Notably, the hummer spent quite a bit of time there.

Saw a second one, presumably the male I've been seeing, whizzing by, faster than a speeding train.

I cannot easily see them on flowers right now, but presume that they are making good use of them for nectaring.
