Counted 7 monarchs fluttering around the right-of-way in a half-mile stretch on the bike path alongside Highway 330 about 10:30 this morning. Am seeing monarchs here and there throughout the day, so there seems to be a good population right now. Recent rains have kept sprayers out of the fields - that may help too!
