Two 5th instar caterpillars found on 7/1/21 and 7/2/21 in the same patch of milkweed. First went into chrysalis today 7/3/21 and the second is currently j-hanging and should be in chrysalis tomorrow.

I’ve searched multiple milkweed patches locally and haven’t found any other larvae or eggs, these two seem to be quite early!
