all but one fairly fresh males patrolling for females and stopping to nectary on common milkweed. (This is the largest number I've had here lately.
The usual male (a very worn individual that is usualy here arrived again in the late afternoon. I suspect the fresh ones to be new arrivals from Ohio and Michigan because of the time of arrival (near 10AM), the nectaring they accomplished and the fact that they each resumed flying to the northeast within a half hour of arrival
