Sightings report image

Date: 07/05/2021

Number: 1000

This milkweed patch is on private property. This patch is about 60 ft by 30 ft. Every plant has one to four caterpillars on it. Along with 30 to 40 butterflies nectaring and laying eggs. I observed this for about a week. There are many other places on Drummond Island that have many many monarch butterflies and caterpillars.
