I saw this Ruby juvenile male nectaring on the Honeysuckle vine.
Than he perched on this garden trellis.
There was a Adult male Ruby near by chasing a another Ruby hummingbird away from the Cuphea/cigar plant.
Today was the first day he had to share and he was protecting his territory. Flashing that Ruby red throat.
