Again while looking for decent milkweed for home-reared larvae, I found 8 eggs on a very small Common Milkweed shoot right in the mower's path. Again couldn't leave 8 monarchs to this fate. Good (tender) milkweed is hard to find after all the hot/dry weather we've had.
