Along trail in Ajax Sportsplex observed milkweed along west of trail as had just rounded the north-east corner portion of this walk/bike trail adjacent the fenced in ball diamond field. Naturalized grasses, wildflowers border this walking trail; which included the near half dozen milkweed plants sighted on west side of trail at this ball diamond quadrant field. Noticed blooms looking a bit droopy as require further hydration from Mother Nature. Hopefully, it rains by end of week here and actually lands on the ground. It had rained, believe earlier on the past weekend; so perhaps simply a matter of reabsorption to help the blooms. Paid close attention to look for milkweed around here, so happy, relieved to see these plants were located in this area! As had observed thankfully, historically.
