Monarch Larva (FIRST sighted)
Sightings report image

Date: 07/15/2021

Number: 1

First caterpillar seen on my butterflyweed since 1st week of May, when I saw 4 of them feeding here. I've seen mature monarchs off and on here since May 23, at least one male and at least one female, which I have assumed include some of those birthed here. So I assume this caterpillar signals a second brood from the original female, or a first brood from a female born here.
