A bit of surprise this evening. In the past we had thought we have seen female black chinned, but never confirmed. But tonight we have confirmed male black chinned. No question from photo. Apologize quality is not great due to low light conditions. Quite late in the season to see these fellas. But this year the temperatures are much higher than normal. Maybe they go North to find cooler weather? Just a thought. We still have male Calliope and Rufous, we expect until the next big north wind blows.....
