Captive raised and released 4, 1 female and 3 males.Some stay and become residents never leaving property.
Laying eggs for 3 straight weeks now, the discovery I made this year, only lays eggs on milkweed growing in shade (don't flower) and on new shoots growing in grass. I pull and captive raise eggs from shoots, they re-sprout and she lays more.
