The cat seemed very lethargic and was not moving much. The milkweed it was on is right in my driveway, by where I park my car. I gently poked it and it twitched and moved a little bit, then proceeded to put back on milkweed but it seemed as if it could not use its mouth properly. I know they spray for mosquitos in Winsted but all other insects were buzzing around happily today.
