3 monarchs individually sited at Spring Valley Nature Center.
2 were flying within native prairies at the location. One of them appeared to be scouting plants for either nectaring or searching for the milkweed for possible egg laying.

The 3rd monarch was observed flying within the newly planted pollinator garden at Spring Valley.
The sittings occurred at about 1 pm for first 2 & about 1:50 pm for the 3rd in the poll. Garden
