I have a large milkweed patch in a perennial garden that offers flowers meant to attract the adult Monarch, Swallowtails and other species. Each year there are fewer Monarchs. My years when we hit a peaks of Monarch. Y les were between 2003 and 2010. There have been decreasing numbers since the middle of that decade.
