During 20 minutes this morning, I saw 8 Monarch butterflies flying over an approx. 50ft. x 100 ft. section of our 20 acre Monarch Waystation here at Manderley Farm in Blue Bell. It was sunny and fairly breezy, and about 70-75 degrees. Just beautiful!
I didn't get a photo of the Monarchs, but this photo shows a segment of the 20 acre field that used to grow corn/soy (with chemicals). Over the last 5 years of regeneration (all organic) and the addition of a swale & berm system to hold water, it is now teeming with life!
