There was no continuing of migration today as the Wind picked up out of the NE at 12 mph. So, I decided to do one last count of the summer at my 18 locations in and around the town of Harrisville between 12:30 PM and 3:30 PM. The last 5 days, I counted 165 monarchs of which 49 were on migration at these areas. Today, I counted 30, plus one reported by my friend, Larry. I'm certain that these are 4th generation monarchs that have settled in from yesterday's migration. I also had 10 very faded monarchs that I probably had counted and reported to JN earlier. Weather was mostly sunny with the Temperature at 64F.
