A beautiful sunny day, 80 degrees, winds 5 MPH from the West, the drought continues. Five Monarchs in the garden. The focus seems to have changed from scouting for females to feeding. They still chase each other about but not with a lot of enthusiasm. They quickly return to feeding. Red zinnia and meadow blazing star are the favorites.
