Found this fourth (?) instar and a second or third instar on the same stalk of swamp milkweed late morning yesterday. Found three other second or third instars on common milkweed in the yard. Found seven first instars on common milkweed where I had seen eggs earlier that were reported to journey north. Yesterday was sunny with temps in the low 80s.
